The installation is equipped with sensors, actuators and an IIoT platform which allows the plant to be remotely controlled and analysed. Thanks to this technology, it is possible to automate processes, collect real-time data and plan maintenance proactively.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-group paddingtopbottom3 has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What have they learned?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project group has learned how automation and IIoT come together in a smart factory application. They have gained experience in designing a production process, integrating sensor technology, and setting up an IIoT environment for monitoring and control.
