The application of Ackermann steering ensures a realistic and agile driving experience, comparable to that of a car. The goal was to design an autonomous implement carrier for small-scale, organic farmers, with applications such as sowing, hoeing, or fertilising \u2013 all without human intervention.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-group paddingtopbottom3 has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-right\">What has been realised?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\">The students have developed an almost fully functional autonomous implement carrier. The vehicle uses sensors and smart software to navigate independently and carry out agricultural tasks. Although GPS integration is still missing, the current result forms a solid basis on which a subsequent minor group can build. They have gained experience in vehicle control, sensor technology, software development, and system integration.
