Ambyon is a health-tech startup from Eindhoven that develops autonomous care robots for hospital logistics. With the Ambyon ONE, the company takes over routine transport tasks — transporting medication, laboratory samples, equipment and supplies between departments, pharmacies and laboratories — so that healthcare professionals have more time left for the patient. The robot drives completely autonomously through the hospital, adapts intelligently to its environment and requires no modifications to the existing infrastructure. It is no coincidence that Ambyon was named public winner of the National Care Innovation Prize in 2026.
