A lot of valuable expertise lies in the minds of experienced employees. But what happens to that knowledge when professionals retire, employees leave, or teams change?

During AI Industry Session #3 – From craftsmanship to shareable knowledge, the question focuses on how AI can help capture, make accessible, and reuse implicit knowledge in the workplace.

For this third edition, the AI Industry Session is visiting B’ROBOTICS, the Robotics & AI hub at Slingerweg 7D in Breda. In addition to practical examples and a demo, participants will have a behind-the-scenes look at the Robotics & AI lab.

For whom is this event interesting?

This session is interesting for professionals and organizations from the (manufacturing) industry who:

  • want to retain valuable professional knowledge within their organization;
  • related to the exit or retirement of experienced employees;
  • To make knowledge more accessible and shareable in the workplace;
  • be responsible for production, operations or knowledge management;
  • want to discover how AI can be put to practical use to capture and reuse knowledge.

What can you expect?

During the session, several experts will share their knowledge about the practical application of AI in the workplace.

Taggl AI shows how implicit knowledge, which is usually held primarily in the minds of employees, can be captured and made accessible through a knowledge platform.

Maecos takes care of keeping Standard Operating Procedures up-to-date and provides a demo in this context.

In addition, during a behind the scenes tour you will have a look at the Robotica & AI lab of B’ROBOTICS.
